Charity & Scholarship Fund, Incorporated

 The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Charity & Scholarship Fund (501c3) was established in 2015 by Distinguished Soror Barbara Cousar, Soror Beatrice R. Hunt and Soror Ramona Jones.  The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be: (a) To operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code. (b) To promote the concept of scholarship, service and sisterhood among all; to practice charity through relief to the poor, distressed and underprivileged; assist in the advancement of education by providing educational and financial assistance to young men and women enabling them to go to schools of higher learning; contribute meaningful service within the framework of community engagement and social action.
