Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated

The membership of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated includes 125,000+ college-educated, dynamic, community service driven, diverse and professional women. The benefits of membership include opportunities for professional development, personal development, and sisterhood. Our members are active in their respective communities and hold dear the ideals of Service, Scholarship, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood.

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated is a non-profit 501(c)(7) organization that is divided into eight intercontinental regions and 875+ Chapters located in the USA, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. 

Membership is by invitation only.

Becoming a Member

Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated

Although membership in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, is by invitation only, we encourage interested women with a track record of community service and currently pursuing a baccalaureate degree or in possession of a baccalaureate degree to contact a chapter in your local area or college campus for more information. Educational Standards: Undergraduates

Must be currently enrolled at a four-year college or university that meets the sorority’s accreditation standards

Has earned at least a 2.75-grade point average on a 4.0 scale, or the grade point average required on the campus, whichever is higher.

Must have earned at least twelve (12) credit hours at the college or university where membership is being sought

*All undergraduate members are required to maintain a 2.75 on a 4.0 scale grade point average after membership intake into the sorority.*

Educational Standards: Graduates

Must have a Bachelor’s level degree conferred from a four-year college or university that meets the sorority’s accreditation standards.

If applying within three (3) years after graduating with a bachelor’s degree, you must have either earned at least a 2.75-grade point average on a 4.0 scale for the bachelor’s level degree or earned an advanced degree such as a master’s or professional degree.

Undergraduate transcript must be provided to confirm eligibility for membership in a graduate chapter regardless of whether any advanced degrees have been earned.

Reclamation

We understand that life happens and may cause Sorors to depart for a short while from our beloved Sisterhood. However, our love for you, along with your love for our illustrious organization, is key to your return! And no matter how long you have been gone, ‘The Time is Now” for you to come back home!
